AGM & Get Together
Come along to our (short!) Annual General Meeting, to show your support for the outgoing committee and vote for a new committee.
During AGM drinks will be at 'happy hour' prices and there will be free food for those coming straight from work.
PLEASE DO REGISTER BEFORE MONDAY MAY 21st for attendance and catering purposes. If you can't be present but would like to show your support, please do fill in the proxy. We need a minimum of 20 attendees or proxies for the AGM to be valid.
After the AGM, we will move on to our usual 'informal' Get Together open to everyone - already the last one before the summer.
No need for registration if you plan on coming after 9 pm...
