Join us for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 17 at 7.30 pm at the Hollandse Club followed by the monthly Café Belge, accessible for all.
All BLAS members are invited to attend the AGM. The AGM will include an overview of last year's events, an annual financial statement, as well as the election of the new committee. We will keep the meeting short but would love for you to participate & show your support for the outgoing committee and vote for the new one.
Please register for the AGM by Sunday, May 12th. If you are not able to join, please consider appointing a proxy (see 'documents') to vote on your behalf.
Should you wish to add a specific topic to the agenda, please complete the related section in the registration form.
The registration form can also be used to indicate your interest in becoming involved in the BLAS committee. Your time commitment can be very flexible, we leave it completely up to you!
Members and non-members are free to join us for drinks after the meeting for our monthly Café Belge. No need to sign-up, just show up!
