Join us for a workshop on clay sculpting and pottery given by ceramic artist Joyce at her studio and gallery Joy Clay.
Joyce will teach us how to sculpt clay by hand and on the wheel. With a maximum of 8 persons we will have each 2 hours of time for hand sculpting and for using the wheel. On the wheel she will teach us the technique how to make a small cup and by hand we can create anything we like, but she will also show us some techniques as how to make a tray and other items on request. Our artwork will be glazed and baked by Joyce herself at a later time and should be ready within max 2 weeks.
Cost: 70$ per person
Included: 4 hour workshop and 2 pieces per person which will be glazed and baked after the workshop (available after 1,5 to 2 weeks)

More info about Joyce Loo : Her inclination with clay has started since 1998 but she only began her creative career since 2008 when she gave up her lucrative job to pursuit her passion in arts. Her artwork displays her strong affinity to nature and earth, where she creates clay sculptural forms inspired from flora and fauna.
